The Protégé Movement is the home of innovative dance and wellness experiences which center around inspiring healthy bodies, informed minds and authentic hearts. Inspiring and caring mentors take the dancers on a journey through an expansive curriculum including: contemporary, ballet, jazz, musical theatre, improvisation techniques, company repertoire, acting, health & nutrition, neuromuscular training, meditation, yoga, qi gong, composition and mindset training.
Our dancers leave not only rejuvenated but empowered. We strongly believe in cultivating connection; connection with mentors, with our community and with oneself. Informed by our experience as professional artists (even the missteps), The Protégé Movement wants to help direct you to your full potential where you can fully surrender and shine your unique light.

travel to a city near you.
A week-long retreat in the breathtaking landscape of Alberta, Canada. This immersive experience facilitates disconnection from the distractions of the outside world so that we can reconnect with ourselves, each other, and our craft. Campers have the unique opportunity to connect personally with mentors both inside and outside of class and build lifelong friendships with their fellow dancers from around the world.
